Our QA Process
Quality Assurance and Control are one of the most important aspects of civil engineering construction. Phyaphulla Construction always appoints reputable testing companies to conduct quality control and provides a series of outline templates that the supervision team customizes for each specific contract.
QA Plan Development
The QA Plan is developed and completed during the Pre-Construction induction when all employees involved in the implementation are present.
Roles & Responsibilities Distribution
Employees have the opportunity to raise issues and clarify any uncertainty over roles. The roles and responsibilities of each member are printed and distributed within 5 days of the induction.
Contract Mobilization
This must be completed during the contract mobilization period when all employees will be equipped and prepared before the preliminary construction activities commence.
Statutory Registrations
Phyaphulla Construction is fully registered and compliant with all statutory requirements under the Government of Nepal.
